Is Your Nonprofit Complying with State Charity Regulations?
This week, Allyson Kapinat Frogloop blogs about the regulations that accompany online nonprofit fundraising. If a nonprofit raises money on the internet, than it needs to ensure that it is in compliance with state laws. Nonprofits should be aware of these rules, and should stay up-to-date on compliance.

From Don’t Tell the Donor…
What if it doesn’t get better in 2009?

Americans continue generous giving
Marc Pitman examines results from Giving USA, which show that American charitable contributions grew 3.9 percent in 2007, despite the tough economic climate.
